    Without resorting to shopping or calories? Shopping is stressful for me, so I don’t have that problem. Calories? Well, sad to say, I do like a biscuit or two with my tea AND I’m a breadaholic … Excuse me while I hop over to that other blog for your 10 ideas!

    As a die-hard introvert, I find a browse through Pinterest lifts the spirits. No pets in the area but squirrels, sparrows and other people’s dogs cheer me up, too.
