I make no apologies for the relaxing simplicity of this tip. You may think it’s obvious, or even a little new-age, but when was the last time you actually did it?
So, I challenge you: at some point this week, find a nice lush lawn, kick off your shoes, and plunge your toes in.
Why do I think this pampering treat is worth it?
- It gets you outside, appreciating nature.
- Wriggling your toes in the grass encourages you to notice the sensations on your skin. Try to get your nose involved, too!
- It doesn’t cost anything, takes around 5 minutes, and is a calorie-free experience. (Unless you eat the grass, in which case, this isn’t the right blog for you!)
It’s okay if you don’t want to leave a public comment saying you did this. Just know I’m out there with you, wriggling my metatarsals in the turf.
