Client Interview: The Decision Coach

I have the pleasure of staying in touch with many of my clients after our work together ends, and it was especially enjoyable to catch up recently with Nell McShane Wulfhart, whose fascinating business is the Decision Coach.

If, like me, you’re wondering what a Decision Coach actually does, and how, this is an interview I think you’ll enjoy!

About Nell Wulfhart

Nell McShane Wulfhart is better known as The Decision Coach, and she helps her clients get unstuck with a dilemma in just one session. If you’re struggling with a life-changing choice, Nell is here to help you decide and move forward.

The author of The Great Stewardess Rebellion, Nell has also written for Travel + Leisure, Bon Appétit, Condé Nast Traveler, and The Washington Post. She's lived abroad in multiple countries and recently moved to Switzerland.

We met when I did a major update for Nell's Squarespace website, and I loved hearing about her unique approach to helping people make tricky decisions.

Here’s the podcast introduction:

“Meet Nell McShane Wulfhart, a professional decision coach that guides people through some of life's toughest dilemmas. You'll get to hear Nell's sessions with six clients wrestling with an array of issues. Should a thirty-something woman leave a sexless marriage? Should a dancer hold out for his dream gig or take a stable contract job? Should a man move to the U.S. after winning the green card lottery? Listeners will learn how to sharpen their own path to reaching an answer with their own decisions.

The Decision Coach is an informative, engaging and insightful exploration of how and why we get stuck and most importantly, how we work through tough choices.”

So far, I’ve listened to the first 3 episodes and I can attest this is a professionally produced, compelling format, complete with expert tips on how to set yourself up for better decisions, and navigate the difficult conversations that often go along with them. By the end of each episode, I was totally rooting for the protagonist and thoroughly on board with the decision that Nell helped them make.
