Terms and Conditions: Author Platform Blueprint

Agreement between Pauline Wiles LLC, and You, the authorized representative of  “Client” (hereinafter referred to as “Client”), for work commencing in the capacity of Strategic Consultant and Website Designer.

The Client has requested the services of Pauline Wiles LLC to create a strategic plan (hereinafter referred to as "Author Platform Blueprint" or "Blueprint" for their business website, systems, and marketing.

Pauline Wiles LLC agrees to provide one 75-minute Blueprint Session and an Author Platform Blueprint presentation document with video walkthrough.

The Author Platform Blueprint service does not include any design or website changes to address the findings of the Blueprint. Client may book a Custom Project with Pauline Wiles LLC for these services, and the cost of the Blueprint will be applied. Client may also choose to implement the strategies and recommendations contained in the Blueprint themselves, or hire a third party provider to do so.

Author Platform Blueprint Fees, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Payment in full is required to reserve an Author Platform Blueprint Session.

Once Client has scheduled an Author Platform Blueprint Session for a specific time and date, any subsequent cancellation or rescheduling may result in a fee according to the following schedule:

Reschedule by Client

  • If Client needs to reschedule an Author Platform Blueprint Session for any reason (including needing more time to provide Pauline Wiles LLC with information needed to complete the Blueprint), they may do so one time without a rescheduling fee with 7 days or more written notice.

  • If Client reschedules with less than 7 days written notice, a rescheduling fee of 30% of the booked rate will be charged. The payment paid upon booking is valid for 60 days and will apply to the rescheduled date.

    If Client reschedules with less than 24 hours written notice, 100% of the booked rate will be forfeited by Client.

Cancellation by Client

  • If Client needs to cancel an Author Platform Blueprint Session for any reason, they may do so with 7 days or more written notice. A cancellation fee of 30% of the booked rate will apply and Client will be refunded the remaining balance of fees paid.

  • If Client cancels with less than 7 days written notice of an Author Platform Blueprint Session a fee of 100% of the booked rate will be charged and Client will not be refunded.

Reschedule by Pauline Wiles LLC

If Pauline Wiles desires to reschedule the Author Platform Blueprint Session, she must provide at least 7 days written notice to the Client. The Client may choose whether to reschedule the Author Platform Blueprint Session at no additional cost, or to receive a refund of all fees paid.

Incapacitation of Pauline Wiles LLC

If Pauline Wiles should become materially or physically incapacitated, such as due to injury, severe illness, death of a close family member, or unexpected circumstances prohibiting her from performing the work under this Agreement for any reason, the Client agrees that the maximum remedy shall be a refund of the prorated portion of the fees paid by the Client, based upon the extent of the work rendered prior to the incapacitation.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Pauline Wiles LLC offers a 7-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on the Author Platform Blueprint presentation. If Client is unhappy with the quality of the Blueprint presentation, Client may request a refund in writing within 7 calendar days from the date Pauline Wiles LLC sends the Blueprint presentation. Refund requests received after the 7-day period will not be honored.

Ownership

The results of any and all work performed by Pauline Wiles LLC for Client, including original creative work, will remain the property of Client. Client may use these materials in any way deemed appropriate. Client grants Pauline Wiles LLC a royalty-free and permanent license to use representations of any work provided in their portfolio in all types of media, as a sample of past works, in trade publications, educational materials, to promote Pauline Wiles LLC and for competitions.

Results

CLIENT RECOGNIZES AND AGREES THAT PAULINE WILES LLC HAS MADE NO WARRANTIES, PROMISES, OR GUARANTEES REGARDING THE RESULTS OR REVENUE TO BE GENERATED FROM ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE ENGAGEMENT OF PAULINE WILES LLC FOR MARKETING. Client agrees that any presentations, proposals, or projections made by Pauline Wiles LLC are estimates only and do not represent a guarantee. Furthermore, Client acknowledges that the ultimate success or failure of their business rests with Client.
